A truly pending FRN is one USAC has not yet decided. USAC keeps every FRN's original filing marked Pending forever, even after a decision is made, so a naive status filter overcounts. This tool only shows FRNs that have no funding decision on record yet.
How often is this data updated?
The underlying USAC data is refreshed daily. Each result set shows the data-as-of timestamp it was built from.
Can I search by SPIN, BEN, or CRN instead of a company or district name?
Yes. Typing a SPIN matches service providers, a BEN matches applicants, and a CRN matches consulting firms, alongside name matches.
